State Duma passes bill waiving tax rule clauses with 38 states
MOSCOW, Dec 12 (PRIME) -- The State Duma, Russian parliament's lower chamber, passed a bill on Tuesday suspending some clauses of the international taxation agreements with the 38 unfriendly states.
The bill suspends almost all stipulations of the agreements covering the state, in which a type of income is to be taxed, on reduced rates, tax incentives and exemptions with the unfriendly states. The bill also suspends the rules of dividend, interest, real estate income, property and real estate sales income, copyright, licensing, salary, pension and other income taxation.
The double taxation elimination clauses have remained in force, as well as preferences of diplomats and the possibility of taxation details exchange between the states.
